The Role and Power of the European and the National Parliaments in the Dynamics of Integration
This essay aims at giving an overview on the role of the European and national Parliaments in the dynamics of integration. After resuming the main issues that such a subject present, the author analyses the recent developments in this field paying attention to the Protocols on subsdiarity and Protocol on the role of national parliaments in the European Union.
